RONALD P. LITTLE, MAI has been a practicing Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant since 1972 and is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. His qualifications include the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute; licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas; State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser through the Texas Real Estate Commission, Certificate No TX-1320157-G; State of Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board Certified Real Estate Appraiser No 002264; State of California Office of Real Estate Appraisers Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Certificate No AG 026139; State of South Carolina State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Certificate No CG 4764; State of Hawaii Certified General Appraiser, License No CGA 974; State of Texas, Senior Property Tax Consultant, Registration Number 00000476; State of Arizona, Property Tax Agent, Registration Number 2004001; State of Tennessee, Registered Agent, Registration Number 0251.
His professional memberships include: Appraisal Institute – Houston Chapter (member, past President, past member of the Board of Directors, past committee chairman, past candidate guidance counselor, served on the South Central Regional Ethics and Professional Practices Panel, representative to the Foundation Appraisers Coalition of Texas), Appraisal Institute – National (Assistant Regional Member for Review and Counseling, member Appraisers Political Action Committee), Candidate Member – American Society of Appraisers, International Right of Way Association, Houston Associates of Realtors (Past CMLS Chairman and Commercial Services Committee), Texas Association of Realtors (Past Director), National Association of Realtors, Member of the Appraisal Section of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, Texas Association of Business, and Aggie Real Estate Network. Ronald Little has instructed Real Estate Appraising at Jones Real Estate College and Houston Community Collegeand has lectured to various real estate professional organizations. The Appraisal Institute conducts a program of continuing education for its designated members. MAIs and SRAs who meet the minimum standards of this program are awarded periodic educational certification. Mr. Little is currently certified under this program.
Mr. Rick Harsch has over twenty-five years of experience in a variety of specialties involving real estate and commercial banking.
Some of his areas of expertise include: cost segregation, tangible property regulations, real estate feasibility/valuation, loan underwriting, capital procurement & deal structuring, asset/property management, loan/asset workout, property & loan due diligence, sales & lease transactions and real and business personal property tax matters. He has a broad and thorough knowledge of commercial banking and real estate.
His experience and work have taken him to forty-five states and involved the full spectrum of real estate in terms of asset quality, size, type and location. He has worked at Citibank, N.A., KeyBank Real Estate Capital, Fairfield Financial Group/Regency Savings Bank and other regional and community banks. Rick began his career in the oil and gas industry as a financial analyst underwriting oil & gas exploration and production. Rick is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance and Real Estate.
Mr. Harsch is an active, long time volunteer and Past Chairman with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. He works extensively with the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, University of Texas System, UT Health, Longhorn Foundation and the Texas Exes. He has held or currently serves in both leadership and board member capacities. He is a significant advocate of higher education. Additionally Rick is involved with numerous professional real estate and civic organizations.
Since 1998, Mr. Tom Little has engaged in various phases of real estate appraisal and consultation. He is currently an associate with National Realty Consultants. The scope of his appraisal experience includes the appraisal of all types of real estate including commercial, industrial, special purpose, vacant land, single and multifamily residential property and business personal property.
He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, is a native of Texas, and currently resides in the Houston area.
His qualifications include the following: MAI Candidate of the Appraisal Institute; Appraiser Trainee State of Texas – Authorization Number: 1329206-Trainee; Appraisal Institute course credits for Appraisal Principles (110), Standards of Professional Practice, Part A (410), Appraisal Procedures (120), Appraisal Update V, Appraisal Update VII, Income Property Appraisal (F1), Residential Appraisal (211), Sales Comparison Approach, and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Since 2003, Mr. Justin Janish has provided property tax consulting for both real and business personal property. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, is a native of Texas, and currently resides in the Houston Area.
Since 2009, Mr. Russell Moore has provided property tax consultant support for real property and business personal property. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a BA in Business Management and is continuing his education in the property tax industry. Russell is a native of Texas and currently resides in the Houston Area.
Since 1996, Mr. Abe Mogus has provided general office support and research assistance to Mr. Ronald Little. He is a native of Ethiopia, and currently resides in the Pearland Area.
Since 2001, Mr. Steven Herold, as an independent contractor, has provided computer systems support and applications development for National Realty Consultants. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, is a native of Ohio, and currently resides in the Katy Area.
